I'm not really sure how to rate this because I'm not really sure what all "major brands" they intended for it to work with, but I have had at least one success and one somewhat failure. The threaded nozzle perfectly fits Great Stuff foam cans and is identical to the original, so it works perfectly. The non-threaded one, though, I am unsure of. It fits "perfectly" onto a Loctite can and seems like it might be designed to work with those, but it doesn't really work correctly, because Loctite tubes are different. They include an extra part at the bottom which clamps the nozzle to the can and then they use soft, flexible plastic at the base of the nozzle to press downwards onto the spout. I was able to get foam to come out of an old Loctite can with this but I wasn't able to control the flow at all.So if you want these for Great Stuff cans (non-pro versions), the threaded ones work great. Other than that, I do not know.
