This was a great value for all of these parts, and came in handy for me when I was pumping so I didn’t have to wash one set over and over again. They were totally compatible with my spectra pump set up and the bottles I had been using with the flanges that came with that pump.

I meant to order the Maymom brand flanges of the same size, but ordered this brand inadvertently. When I realized the error, I first thought it would be no big deal. They were the same size and looked exactly the same as the Maymom flanges that I already had, so there couldn't be much difference, right?Well, I'm not sure why, but when I used these flanges, the amount of milk that I was able to pump suddenly decreased by more than 50% and the milk sprayed in the collection bottle in a weird pattern. Just in case, I tried 2 different pumps, different backflow protectors, and different duckbill values, just to make sure those weren't the issue. They weren't. I switched back to Maymom brand flanges, and my milk output immediately went back to normal.I know that different moms can respond quite differently to different types of flanges, so maybe these will work for you. But they did not work for me. Considering the lack of efficacy, I expect I would have ended up with clogged ducts if I had continued using them.
