The very 1st time i used it it was broken. By the time I figured out it was the ink wheel I had ink all over the place. I didn't even make 1 price sticker. There aren't any diagrams to putting it back together and everything i tried seemed to fail. Even the stickers didn't feed correctly and we're bunched up inside literally freezing up the mechanical parts.I've used price guns for years in retail and this was NOT a good price gun. Do yourself a favor and spend twice the money for one that won't piss you off!This ended up in the trash within 20 minutes. I don't even want a refund because I knew in my mind I should have gotten the more expensive version but I assumed they would all be the same. Definitely not the case!!
