I use the two extrusions I bought for setting up my tooling faster. I've also used them for the rails of a router sled. They can flex when clamped, but do not develop permanent warping so long as they are not made to bend too far. If you need to tram-in machines or create flat reference surfaces--get yourself a set and treat them with care. They are now one of my daily go-to pieces for machinery set up.
