Our color-coded year labels are bright and vibrant with a professional look. They are designed with a scored height direction to wrap around end-tab folders, so you can see the year on both sides. This is product exactly what I needed, so I ordered it and I am very happy with it! It's a simple item which, perhaps, many buyers might not need, but it's one that is not easy to find at a reasonable price and in good color choices.Best of ALL though, is how WELL the seller communicated with me over what I *thought* was a delivery issue. I got an immediate response; the seller was, in no way, defensive. The response I got was clear and well written and it helped me understand why it "appeared" to have been delivered without actually having done so. Seller explained that it would most likely arrive the next day (due to the way the "carrier" reports deliveries to Amazon.)This is the BEST kind of communication! and it makes things go more smoothly all the way around, because, the seller made themselves AVAILABLE at the very time when they were most likely to be needed -- (often this option closes immediately after an item has been repotted to Amazon as having been "delivered.") However, in this case, there was a generous window during which I was allowed to contact the seller. And, then, I was responded to, quickly, with respect, and with a plausible explanation, which made enough sense to me, that I was willing to accept it. As suggested, I waited another day before asking for a refund (or a reshipment) which the seller had assured would be available to me if the order did not arrive the next day, as they had predicted it would.Bottom line is that, I could not be happier AND I will choose this seller when needing other related items.
