The trampoline itself is nice and sturdy, but I ordered the one with LED lights and sprinkler system. The lights, socks, and sprinkler did not come with it, they were the reason why I ordered this specific trampoline in the first place.Edit: I spoke with Dora and they handled everything completely and made sure to send out a package with everything else that was ordered. I’m super happy with my order. Thank you!

The trampoline is great and the customer service is outstanding! We broke a part by accident and called to buy a replacement part because it was our fault but they replaced the part for free. I highly recommend this company!

This is so upsetting. We spent over 4 hours trying to set up this trampoline for my girls. Half the parts were missing including the manual. I can’t believe this was sent to us. It’s incredibly frustrating to know a company will send half complete box of CRAP. Do NOT order this crappy product.

I ordered this trampoline for my kids at Christmas. It was fairly straightforward to assemble. The trampoline is sturdy and seems to be made well. I like the bright purple spring cover, it's vibrant and looks great. The accessories, however, were not all there, the ones that did arrive are not quality items at all. The lights are about 12" shorter than the circumference of the net at the top so they look cheesy. The socks weren't included at all. The ball wont hold air for long and it's pump broke. I haven't installed the sprinkler yet as the weather hasn't been appropriate so I am unable to provide feedback on it at this time. The basketball hoop/backboard were acceptable. Overall, it's a nice trampoline. I am upset that I paid extra for accessories because I trusted the vendor would ensure paired items were the correct size for their product, and that's just not the case. Lesson learned.

We purchased this trampoline for our kids birthday and it has been life changing! They are always wanting to jump on it which is such a great exercise for them. The 16 foot is so big that we as parents can even enjoy the trampoline with them. It is very sturdy and very easy to install. When one of the boxes arrived damaged with missing parts, we contacted customer service and they were on top of it! We received replacement parts very quickly. We highly recommend!

The trampoline came in two boxes, no issue there as all those parts were good to go. Trampoline is great.However, the lights, sprinkler hose and the trampoline socks/shoes are missing. No indication they are coming separately...they are just missing. Reached out to the seller and will update my review once I know what the deal is. **update** Seller shipped the missing items I'm a separate box but through canada post. All installed and everything works great. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered the 16’ pumpkin trampoline with the bright green pads. The trampoline arrived early. It was in two boxes that were delivered together. The packaging was intact. It contained two inventory sheets and an instruction booklet. I was able to easily check off the contents to ensure that I had received everything. The sprinkler, lights, remote and footwear weren’t in the original two boxes but arrived in a third box, two days later. Every item was wrapped individually. The only damage to the product was simple scarring on the tubes for the legs. Absolutely unavoidable during shipping due to the size. It was a simple at home fix. Assembly was easy. I was able to do it alone until the safety net had to be installed and I was too short to reach the top. My husband gladly took over from there. I chose this trampoline because we have a large family including kids and grandkids. I wanted to be able to play together. This trampoline is a heavy duty, sturdy, massive and quality made platform for both kids and adults. I like the 1500 lb limit with a max of 330 lbs per person. It came with 108 springs. We couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The adults and children are loving it! I highly recommend this product and SKYUP.
