The product arrived on the day it was promised. However, the box was opened and the wires were spilling out on delivery inside the plastic shipping bag (see picture). There were no cable ties or other packaging other than a cardboard box. Connecting the antenna was easy and setup was simple. Upon first use, channel reception was horrible, and I tried multiple placements of the antenna. I was almost ready to return the unit when I discovered our wifi router was relatively close to the TV, and reception immediately and drastically improved when I placed the router and antenna wires several feet from each other. Other than possible insufficient shielding on the antenna wires I would recommend this product.
