I bought this tablet for reading books only. I've used ereaders for over ten years starting out with Nooks then Kindles and Kobo, of which I've had many. I wanted a larger screen as well as the ability to download various formats, epub, pdf and Kindle. This tablet satisfies my wishes completely. I chose this one because it weighs less than many other brands and my poor arthritic hands need relief. Coupled with the case I purchased with several viewing angles, I now have an ideal manner to read books. The ability to quickly do a search on the net also helps.

Buy at your own risk. I thought the reviews were wrong about it not working. Got the tablet multiple times,and it glitched and stopped working each time after 2 weeks! It’s a shame because it’s nice but the thing doesn’t work! It’s a waste of money in my opinion. Just sell me a good product please!

The unit I first received Randomly closed apps and lost work. Randomly restarted.I contacted customer service and they responded quickly with an offer to help troubleshoot it, or replace it. I purchased a new device so I wouldn’t have to be fixing an old one. I had no patience to troubleshoot it. So I just opted to returned it for a refund.The company reached out after I had returned it and asked if I would try a new one if the sent it at no cost. I agreed.The new one I received works very well. I was ready to order a different brand, but now I will keep this one. I was surprised and pleased by their commitment to customer satisfaction.
