Ordered on Friday and arrived the following Tuesday here in Southern California. Fit perfectly in my 2000 Jetta and is an actual Volkswagen part (NOT aftermarket). Just remove 2 nuts, use flat screwdriver to unsnap connector to the wire arm, gently pry the arm loose and gently pry the connector to the micro switch. Trunk is now locking like it should be doing. Took less than 15 minutes.
