These worked great for what we needed (to hold an ethernet cable against the wall). They are easy to use and don't leave large holes in the wall.

I have yet to use all of these, but I've been using them for wiring around my homes for a long time and they are just awesome. They are a bit small to handle, so I do drop them a lot. It would be nice if they made something like these with a tab to hold with your fingers to keep them in place.

Easy to install. Safe for the wall and easy to repair from the small holes. Blend in with the wood walls with white color.
