I bought these to use in my various DIY circuits/projects and while I received the same diodes that are shown in the photos and/or the description, I was puzzled by one thing.... as you can see if the product photo (and in my attached photo), the SMF5.0 diode and the SMF6.8 diode BOTH have an "AE" as it's marking! Thinking it was probably a typo, as is often the case, I sat scouring the internet for the better part of an hour just to discover that I simply can not find ANYTHING about a 6.8v TVS diode with the SMF prefix!! I found a couple of references to it, but it was either just a link to this Amazon product page, or to a page that doesn't exist or has no info on the component. As far as I can tell, this is literally the ONLY place you can buy a 6.8v TVS diode! I guess I will have to be very careful when selecting any TVS with the marking "AE" on it!
