The flange area on the bolt head is a very small diameter. The original flanged area before O'Biden ruined our economy worldwide was 50% larger, which ensured proper load distribution.The net value is 90% reduced and the use of these bolts requires a fender washer to be added at twice the bolt's net cost.

These threaded on to the bolt like they should, it looks almost identical to the product I was using to install my bumper which didn't come with enough of these to finish. Right now I'm very happy with the end result, we will see how they stand the test of time & the outdoor elements.
