I purchased this for the people in my and my partner's tempura food booth for an Obon Festival. Our booth had 6 large woks over burners to provide 700 tempura orders in one Sunday afternoon. We had 6 to 7 cooks, 5 people dusting the vegetables and shrimp with flour, 2 food runners, 5 to 6 servers, 2 cashiers, and 2 people handing out the orders. The wearers appreciated the style and coolness.
