I used these on sheets of HDPE to make levelers for resin molds. They were easy to insert and were perfect for the 20 X 20 inch molds.

These seem like well made pieces. I wish they included some kind of instruction card. Doesn't have to be anything complicated, just the recommended drill bit size for each size, for hardwood/softwood/particle board. Ultimately i tested with some similar scrap wood before drilling into my actual project, and everything worked out just fine. It would just be nice to have a reference card in the package.

Correct size, shape, and material. Drill a hole, screw them in....then you get to screw other things in!Kind of a generic item, these worked just fine.

There's not much to say, you receive exactly what you'd expect. The inserts screw into wood well and accept an M4 screw. The details aren't as sharp as pictured, the hex head and outer threads are a little bit round, but that doesn't seem to impact functionality.

These are great for repairing those DIY desks or furniture. I used a few of these to replace the missing as well as smaller ones from my office desk that was missing a few inserts and they worked well. I had to drill the current holes to a little larger size to fit these but wasn't too much work. These are easy to thread or screw into the desk and they do stay in place strong and sturdy. They should outlast my old desk now, no issues with these at all, good quality and have smooth inner thread.

When I build my epoxy and wood tables, these are the only way to go. They are small enough to use on most of my 1" thick wood. The insert with ease, and then hold tight to screw in the legs that I add to my designs.I chose to insert them with a little bit of glue around the outsides do that they both inset with the metal sides and hold better when you unscrew the legs.Love these - high quality

M6 Inserts- Smooth finish, mate perfectly with metric 6 screws. To use, start with a trough hole 1/4" for the screw that will go inside the insert from opposite side of board. Then drill a 5/16" deep hole from opposite side, with a 3/8" drill. Using a hex drive (T40 or similar) screw the insert in.
