Heavy duty? Just Lies. Don't expect to get behind these with an impact, a wrench, a socket, or your kid's plastic wrench... (the last is possibly an exaggeration -- still the idea, though) However, the measurements are accurate, the coating seems good, and the style is good fit as these are hard to find parts. Whatever they are made of seems flimsy, but put a large fender washer or the like behind them and they get a little closer to acceptable.

I used this on a project with a super strut and it held up. Very tough material.
