Can't say I needed all five in the package, as the first one did the trick, but still way cheaper than a new coffee pot. Don't know why my thermal fuse went out in the first place, but several months after replacement, this new one keeps the maker percolating fine.

My pool heater kept tripping the thermal cutoff even after thorough cleaning and gas supply check, probably due to sustained 100 plus degree weather. This fuse was rated about 60 degrees higher than the original, and works great now. I simply soldered it into the existing ceramic body of the original. No issues after 2 months now.

Used this to fix a heater relay for a VW Rabbit. Cut out old fuse, replaced new fuse. Works perfect. The lead ends could maybe be a bit longer on each side for my application use. But some small needle nose pliers and vice grips you can secure it tightly in place with a few twists. As i did not solder which would be the preferred method. Great product and it saved me money by not having to buy a entire heater relay and the 5 pack of fuses allowed me to fix a couple heater relays so i now have spares of needed.

The fuse worked perfectly to fix the Breville oven. But the little package the fuses were in was open in the envelope and only had 2 fuses instead of the 5 I paid for.

Update:The first one lasted a year before blowing. I could not find the spares, so bought them again. I was able to cut my repair time in half, having done this before. Wish they lasted longer, but not complaining for the money.Original:Used this to fix a Breville toaster oven that would not power up. YouTube video helped on how to do it. Works perfectly now.

Our Breville BOV800XL Smart Oven died last week after 4 years of service and i was absolutely devastated. I thought it was a goner and couldn't figure out what was wrong as one minute i was heating something up in it when it suddenly stopped working. I tried googling what happened and came upon a few threads on reddit, ifixit, as well as some youtube videos where other people had same exact issue. After watching a few youtube videos and reading up on it more i discovered we could fix it using these little guys. As soon as we received them my husband went to work and while it was a bit tedious and annoying he managed to get the old one out and the new one in. It took him a little over an hour but he managed to get it in and we plugged it in and it turned on! I was so happy because that saved me $400 as i was planning to upgrade to the new 900BSS.The thermal fuses come in a pack of 5 and they're tiny little things, but now we know that if ours dies again we still have 4 left to try again.

First they appear to be in good order right out of their protective bag as tested with a VOM. Exact replacement for the blown thermal/current fuse in my 4 year old Breville 800 series toaster oven. Installing the fuse was a no brainer; disassembling the Breville to get to it was an entirely different matter and not for the faint of heart nor the short tempered. The fact that there are 5 in a pack is a big plus for me since I expect to at least get another 4 years out of the Breville, which, by all indications may include another fuse failure and replacement ordeal. For their cost, it would be foolish to not have replacements on hand---just in case.
