I Have absolutely no idea how these grommets work for their intended purpose. I saw 'um and figured they would work good on my cole jaws to hold down turned bowls on a wood lathe. I am very happy to say – I was right. They work better than expected – much better than what I was previously using. Won't be losing anymore bowls with these on the jaws. There are some smaller diameter grommets beneath the reds and blues. The rest are being used on my shop made T-nuts holding down solar panels on the roof. I have been using the cheap black rubber seals for a long time, and always find myself replacing them more often that I feel that I should... Especially during winter.These ones last a lot longer before they start cracking and they hold their shape/form better as well.Will definitely be ordering more of these should I find myself running low.
