Manual: 1, Always wear ear, eye, face protection and protective safety gloves. 2, Generally, for rough work, move the burrs across the workpiece counter-rotationally. 3, Pass the tool over the workpiece in the direction of rotation to achieve fine finishes. 4, Min Clamping depth is 2/3 of the shank, if you have to clamp less, pls low speed. 5, If rough running, strong vibrations and increased flying sparks, pls use a new one. 6, Do not apply too much pressure, Let the speed do the work. Smaller burrs require faster speeds. 7, Soft materials, such as aluminum, use a grinding oil to reduce debris clogging. Grind glass, use water as lubricant. 8, Elongate holes, grip tool firmly with two hands and use a swinging motion, which prevents chatter, result in a safer cut. 9, Avoid impact loads, otherwise parts teeth will break off, shank will bend. Do not sink the burr for more than 1/3 of its periphery. 10, Recommendation for drives: shank 1/8" (75 to 300W), shank 1/4" (from 300W), for coarse cuts, 500W+ advantageous.

These burs are sharp, balanced, and cut well. Its nice that there are two of each cut in the assortment. Just remember keep the speed up, reduce excessive heat with lubricant, and avoid chatter and these will last for quite a while.

Very sturdy great cutting burrs. Make wood look like butter when cutting. Very clean cut with minimal effort. And can get into tight spots with the variety of burrs.
