Great Product! Very easy to install, everything I needed besides a drill was there. No leaks whatsoever! Thanks!

These are GREAT! It even comes with a drill bit. I also like how they have a gasket for the back and a butterfly nut to secure the back.

These are perfect. I was tired of the gravity waterers because they got dirty so quickly and the process of filling them up was very time consuming for 20 flocks, and the cup style breaks too easily. Roosters love to step on them 🙄 lolInstallation of the nipples was fairly easy, just need a drill. I've had them up for almost 2 months and only had to fill my 5 gallon buckets the initial time, and they haven't leaked at all. I went through and showed my birds how to drink from them and they caught on quickly. Chickens are quite smart if you take the time to show them something new (yeah, I'm talking about the other reviewers who complained that the birds couldn't teach themselves how to use a new foreign tool).I mounted mine horizontal, they work wonderfully.

Easy to get into a bucket, they'll be used in a PVC pipe when they move to the bigger coop. Comes with everything to install.

Function very well and work great for the chickens and turkeys! It is easy to install, a little frustrating but does install smoothly

Bought these specifically because they included o rings but did not get o rings and did not get the drill bit pictured (which I don't really care about). Only includes the red pieces and black pieces to screw on the back so they started leaking pretty much right away, though they did perform okay otherwise.

Easy install and design seemed good but chickens were able to pull the springs out of the nipples. They then stopped sealing and leaked out all the water in the pail.

I very much like the concept of these devices for watering chickens with a 5 gallon bucket. The design is very simple & effective (IF SPRINGS DO NOT SLIP PAST SHOULDER OF PINS). Nearly half of my set of 20 had the springs slip past shoulder of pins after only a few days of use. When springs slip past pin shoulders, seal tension is lost and water leaks slowly until bucket is drained. Determined that adding 3/32" O-rings to pin shoulders prevents springs from slipping past pin shoulders. I used Harbour Freight 225 piece Nitrile o-ring assortment (item 31677) as source of 3/32" O-rings. Have had no spring failures since adding O-rings. O-rings shorten pin stroke slightly and conserve water by metering out smaller amount of water that collects on bottom extention (instead of dropping excess past chicken beak onto ground). I discovered that when using dark blue Lowes 5 gallon buckets no green algae builds up on inside of bucket. White and orange buckets get green algae coating the inside quickly.

I had the cup water's and they had a design problem so, yep, I went back to what was there. Now, to be blunt, these are JUNK. I changed all the bowls out and replaced them with these. Now, the older ones were purchased from a farm supply store and held up for 3 years. These, well, hours, yes, hours. The spring lets go and the pin falls out and yep, you guessed it, the barrel empties out. Overnight, water, water, everywhere and puddles for the girls to drink from. This has happened not once but at least 6 times. Empty barrel because of pin letting go and the water running out. I do not stand and watch after installing these. My advice, stay away. There are better alternatives and they may cost a little more but will last longer. Lesson learned!!!!! After the first 3 times I should have known better. Sorry, but I cannot and would not recommend these to anyone. Drink chicky drink, not, in this case swim chicky swim, they have their own pool with the 50 gallon barrel draining out and the barrel is dry. Just changed out two more today 8/12/23. Enough already.

Not sure that it is safe. I installed a few on a 5g bucket. Everything looked great. No leaks, so I took it out l.I went to check an hour later and one was dripping pretty steadily. I changed it out for a fresh one. The plunger spring was missing...it broke and is either in the coop or one of my hens ate it. I think I'll be returning them.

Garbage! Stay away from this product. Great in theory but leaks like the tap is left open. Set it up and looked great. Once the chickens pressed the button to get water they dont fully seal back up so they contine to drip. Water all over my chicken coop floor. Great in theory but doesnt work very well.
