The circuit breaker that I received, a 30-amp, 2 pole breaker is NOT for DIN rail mounting, which is what I needed. After believing the listing words, and after receiving something different, I see that the circuit breaker in the photos of the listing is also NOT for DIN rail mounting.This CB seems to be good quality, and the price is fair, but it is useless to me because of a terribly poor listing description. The listing describes the CB as a "Miniature Circuit Breaker", and “For DIN rail mounting”.After being puzzled by what I received, I finally found the fine print where the description describes that this CB is a "plug-in type". A plug in type breaker is NOT suitable for DIN rail mounting.. This seller also does not seem to realize that there are many different configurations of circuit breakers that are of a "plug-in type". All of them will only fit a distribution panel made by one specific manufacturer. Some of the common configurations are produced by Siemens, Square D, Zinsco, Federal, GE, ITT, and Cutler Hammer. The circuit breakers must match the panel. This CB is configured to fit a Cutler-Hammer CHF panel, and only a Cutler-Hammer panel. This fact is indicated nowhere in the listing.So, I am helping the seller here by making it clear exactly what distribution panel this 30-amp, 2 pole circuit breaker will fit: A Cutler-Hammer CHF panel. Maybe you will receive something different.Only order this breaker if you are allowed to return it for free, in case what you get is not what is described. I don’t know how to rate this. Two stars.
