These are a good way to get an eye hook mounted to a wall or a 4x4 for hanging lights or a hammock or sun sail. The metal that they are made out of is thick and robust and having four screw holes means they're mounted securely. They were easy to install and should hold up quite well. Since they're powder coated black they look great as well.

We used these pad eyes as anchor points for a shade sail installation, and the quality of these two sets compared to the typical M6 stainless steel pad eyes often sold in lots of 5 or more, is much higher. Steel is somewhat thicker, welds are better, all stainless steel parts, including screws and C-Clips. Very happy with this purchase!
