This stuff works. Had been looking for this for a long time. Not sold in stores any longer. Make sure your area is well ventilated.

Use on mildew in the bathroom and on the boat. It works great but the sprayer keeps breaking on these bigger bottles. We kept an empty small bottle do we pour it in that.

Yup, it does. It removes them. Instantly? I'm not so sure it's "instant" but it does remove them. Works better than many others we've tried and can be used in places other products would stain or leave evidence of use. A little goes a long way with this stuff. Good ventilation is recommended.

X-14 is the best product we have found to clean mildew on our boat seats as well as the grout on our shower floor. It's a great value as well
