Tape easily gets stuck back to the roll. You will spend more time trying to get the tape unstuck and usable than you will taping your boxes.Any tape in this type of dispenser is garbage. Don’t waste your time and money on it.

The tape is HORRIBLE. It barely comes off the roll and when it does, it leaves marks when ripped off. I tossed the tape and used the holders.

Works. It's clear packing tape. They're all the same, I chose this based on pricing and how many yards I'd get. That was my sole deciding factor.

This is a pretty nice 2-pack of packing tape. I ship a lot of items and need tape to secure the bubble wrapping and to close up the shipping boxes. This tape serves this purpose well. The tape feels pretty durable and the price is great for 2 big rolls of tape.

The tape is good, but the dispenser doesn't let the tape roll as easily as it should as you're holding it. I took off one star for that fault.

This is a great idea, but the tape splits apart prior to getting a full piece of tape. The device is poorly make. It is also a risk hazard for cutting the fingers.

We already have two of the large type dispensers (see the Scotch brand in the photo), and they always are a hassle: they continually fail to cut properly, they are always getting clogged, and they always leave trails of ruined and twisted tape. Frustrating! While this smaller dispenser is easier to use and the tape easier to manage, it still presents some challenges keeping the ends of the tape ready for next use without simply sticking to the roll and having to be located and peeled off again. All in all, I much prefer this smaller more manageable product over its larger and more “professional” appearing competitors – and at a much lower price point.
