I have a Gastro and aJejunum tube. This Velcro edged envelope holds my tube components and Lopez valves to manage spills. The compartment is big enough. I wash mine in a little laundry bag, in a washer. I fold the sticky patch to the belt to keep all safe.

I used this for my permanent j tube feed. I thought it would work but my setup is rather large. The problem is the velcro is very irritating regardless of how you try To fit it in.

It does keep the feeding tube free from becoming pulled on when removing clothing or getting dressed.

Pouch is large for a 5.6 footer. The velcro irritates the skin.

These are great! I have tried 3 brands and these are the best. I do handwash them and hang up to dry due to the velcro. I use hot water gentle laundry detergent and a laundry sanitizer and let them soak before rinsing as I am immunocompromised. I am a seamstress and former costume designer and solved the scratchiness buy purchasing some lightweight flannel, cutting it into 4x6 pieces. They wrap around where the velcro fastens like a dream and stays in place if tucked correctly. I wash the flannel pieces by hand.

The belt doesn't have very much stretch to it, but it works well. The fabric of the square pocket is nice and soft. The only problem we encountered was 1. My mom is way too skinny and I had to alter the belt to a smaller size. 2. Her tubing is a little long so it stickers out of the sides a bit, but it works well.

the pouch to hold the tube keeps it all right in the front. if your tube has any length it is very difficult to coil up and get it in the pouch.
