My old plate cover was not thick enough and every time I was going to the car wash was ruining my plate. It was bending my plate. If you have this problem buy this plate cover it is well made! I love it.

Be warned, as many others have. This product is just a mishmash of parts that don't work together.I like the silicone backing. I had no problem inserting my plate into it, and the holes in the back line up fine, and it stops some rattling like metal on metal would. But, like most cars here in the USA, the front plate needs self tapping screws, and the rear usually needs bolts. This kit comes with bolts only, and they are non-self tapping. The cover plate simply sits on top of the silicone, does not sit inside the silicone backing, and therefore leaks like a sieve. The holes for the attachment are too small for the ugly cover plugs provided, and too small for the other bolt heads you will probably need to use instead. Don't run out and buy 1" long replacements, they will be too short for this overly thick calamity. You will need at least 1-1/4". I would not buy again.

I was excited to get these in install was easy not bad quality especially for the price. Only gripe I have about it is it makes my license plate sit too high on the back so I can't use the silicone. Not a deal breaker would buy again!

The photo for this item shows two different types of screws to use, however only one was provided. The type of screw provided does not fit correctly in my vehicle. I attempted an exchange hoping I would be sent one with the whole pictured set, but just received another one with the same screws. I now have to order additional pieces to use this product.

Picture had 4 pointy screws and 4 flat screws. I got 8 flat screws. Really wanted the pointy screws. Saw other pictures with individually wrapped screws and caps. My screws and caps were thrown into one littlelock bag. Used my old screws. I'm satisfied with the silicone back and cover. I'm not particular. I'll use those screws for another day another reason.

These are a nice quality. The backing is like a rubber and very nice. The clear covers fit perfectly. I got some others like these but I like these best. I had a little problem with some missing parts on the original order, but sent that back and got another one. If this is what you are looking for you will regret this purchase.
