These water heater cam locks fit my trailer water heater cover with no issues. They arrived just as I was servicing the water heater. Opened the cover and the old cam lock just popped off and parts disappeared (did see some minor rust on the old one before it popped off). I had these new ones with me. They installed easily and folded nice and flush against the door surface. No installation instructions are included in the package, however, the online description includes a picture with instructions that is adequate. Basically, compress the spring and slide the handle to one side and down the v-shaped mount until it can be separated (be careful, there is a spring involved here). Push the v-shaped mount, with spring in place through from the back of the mounting hole until the handle can slide back onto the side of the v-shaped piece and move to the end of the v-shaped mount - done. I am pleased with the fit and function of these cam locks.

I've not broken this part on my new RV yet, but I suspect it will happen eventually. It's inexpensive to keep these as spares.
