Easy fix so hope it lasts longer than original. Remove 4 screws and pop out old gear and put in new one, replace screws, done.

Rusts in weeks, fusing to the shaft and ruining the entire mop bucket beyond repair. The ones that come with the original bucket wore down over a while, but they were rust resistant, and therefore replaceable. These ones on the other hand will work wonderfully the first few times, but will completely destroy your mop bucket after. Attached is a photo showing the old one on the left, and the NEW one sold here on the right. This happened to all four buckets I installed them in, and now I need four new buckets. Do NOT buy this product.
