My cat is antisocial and has sharp claws. My mom loves her to death but can’t pet her. These are helpful for starters.

Needed something to start touch therapy with a cat that hadn't been touched. Started with the green rake. It was OK, but she didn't like it much. Then I started using the skeleton hand. What a difference! She adored the head scratches and back scratches from the skeleton hand and eventually came closer and let me pet her with my own hand. I still use the skeleton hand when she gets startled or cranky.

These Telescopic Combs expand quickly and easily from 8.5 inches to 22 inches. It retracts just as easily without any interference. It says colors are sent randomly and I received one with a dark purple handle and one with a black handle. The handles are comfortable to hold. It's great that 2 are included. I hope it lasts, but it is nice to have a back-up just in case.
