Your cart is empty. My girlfriend loves arts and crafts and is currently working on a travel booklet which includes photos, receipts, among other souvenirs we brought back from our past travels. I thought she would like this brass sheet metal to use. Right now she’s cutting little shapes out to glue onto our booklet. Honestly, I think it adds a nice touch to her project. The metal adds weight, and thickness to every page that it is on.

These came nicely packaged with protective film on them, solid rolled brass sheets have a beautiful finish and worked perfect for making decorative boxes out of. I will buy more of these in the future.

These are great! Nice quality without any warping - have been using them to cut and make blanks for signs with my fiber laser! - Have had great results with engraving (and cutting) and was overall happy! - No big scratches on their surfaces, (I already polish them first anyway) - Would totally get these again! 10/10 for me!

Great brass metal sheets. I'm a jewelry maker and will be using them to make cuffs - perfect weight! The metal does have a few imperfections in it - but nothing that couldn't be buffed out. In my case, I'll be using texture, so it doesn't really matter. The sheets themselves are a little bit shy of 6" - more like 15cm. But again, this was not a deal breaker for me. I was pleased with this purchase and would definitely get them again.

As soon as I saw these brass plates, I knew they would be perfect for use with my embossing machine. I am a paper crafter, and often use diecuts to make greeting cards. The metal dies are great, but I was going through numerous sets of the plastic plates which are placed underneath and on top of the die before it's run through the machine to cut the image on cardstock paper. The plates became etched and scratched from repeated use. They also began to warp and bend after a time. Searching for a solution to my problems with the plastic plates, I found a comment online from someone who suggested using a metal plate underneath the die. I searched for a pre-cut metal plate in a size that would fit in my embossing machine, and finally found aluminum plates that are 6" x 12" long. The 6" measurement is the important one, and all the other pre-made plates I found were much larger than that. So I was delighted to find the aluminum ones. However, the 12" length can be unwieldly, and it makes storing them a little tougher. So, when I saw these 6" x 6" brass plates...hallelujah! The perfect size for all my dies to roll through my embossing machine. I wasn't sure how the brass would work (compared to the aluminum), but I'm delighted with it. It is heavy enough not to warp, and smooth enough that my dies go through the machine perfectly, with no plate marks on the paper. I don't know what other uses these plates might have...possibly jewelry fabrication, or home decor of some kind. But for what I needed, they are perfect!

I recently saw a video tutorial on how to use a CNC machine to do metal inlays. Then I came across this product. While the tutorial suggested 20 gauge and this is 18 gauge, my cnc will have no problem dealing with this slightly thicker metal. Neither sheet has any bowing which I appreciate.
