Part of my toddler's calming routine is to pop these toys. It helps her to focus on the little dots instead of wanting to run around and get into things.

As an adult with ADHD and two adults dealing with life's stressors, my wife and I have happily discovered these 2 Packs Pop Fidget Sensory Toys. Who said adults couldn't play with toys?Yes, they could be considered toys - and strictly speaking are toys - but for those of us who need aide in gaining and maintaining focus and redirecting energy and anxiety, these 2 Packs Pop Fidget Sensory Toys are an outstanding find and truly helpful. And yeah, they're fun.For those who enjoy popping bubble wrap the 2 Packs Pop Fidget Sensory Toys are a great alternative. Not only are you saving the environment from adding all that plastic, the 2 Packs Pop Fidget Sensory Toys sound like you're popping real bubble wrap. And while the method of popping is different, after the first maybe ten minutes the way it feels becomes second nature.They are made from silicone, have no smell, are lightweight, and "soft." Very bendable, one can lay it on any surface, but you can also hold it up and play with it. The bubbles move from one side to the other and back, making its popping sound, and giving the resistance to be satisfying. I've used it almost nonstop since its arrival and it has helped, to the point that I'll suddenly realize I've been popping it for a long period of time. Having two in the pack is worth it. In the end we are thrilled to have the 2 Packs Pop Fidget Sensory Toys and are planning on getting another set.
