Went to return it, could not because time expired for return. I did not open the package until recently because I was waiting for my new counter to be installed. I would not order this item. It’s very flimsy that does not fit as many products as shown on the photo. The product looks like something you could get from the dollar store. I advise not to purchase. I am very unhappy with this product. It’s not worth putting holes under the sink for I have to go to Lowe’s or Home Depot and try to find something sturdy for under the sink.

Very easy to assemble and put in place but I found even at the highest spot the upper shelf can be set too it's not high enough for spray bottles to fit under it. It does work well to organize smaller items. If they would of made the supports to hold the top tray about 2 inches taller it would of been fine. Seems like a pretty big over site with all the spray bottles under a sink.

I ordered two of these and one of them is missing part 'F' the two screws. Not sure how to get the missing parts shipped as there is no way to contact seller. Only option is to return. What a shame because the product itself is great. Nice finish, smooth pull out feature and does the job! Fit and sturdyness is also good. Hope the seller responds!UPDATE:, one more star for response and resolution. I was able to get in touch with the seller and they responded within a day I think. Seller ended up sending me a whole new organiser which had all the parts. Was speedy delivery and now I have 2 fully functional pull out organisers.

My under sink was just very unorganized looking. I knew where everything was, but it just did not please me to look under there. Now with this organizer, which is very easy to put together. My handyman found a little bit of difficulty with the top drawer sliding correctly, and he just bent it a little bit in the right direction and it’s all fixed.The movement is smooth. Nothing tips over when you pull out a drawer And that’s a good feature, of course without any attachment of any kind. This just sits under the sink it has nothing to keep it there except itself, so it has a good mechanism that keeps it in place. It holds everything I had in there, but in just more of an organized, I pleasing fashion I would recommend this product.

The metal itself was fine and easy to put together. I ordered two. The first one was fine. The second one had this torn piece. I know they had to see it was faulty before sending out

Great item for under-sink organization. Easy to assemble, sturdy enough, holds a lot - and since the baskets slide out you can get to all your items. I bought 2 and use one under each side of my kitchen sink. The upper part is narrow enough and the height adjustable enough to avoid sink and dishwasher plumbing and the disposal. I really appreciate the adjustability and the fact that it is metal. And under my kitchen sink has never looked so tidy! I may get more for under the bathroom sinks. You probably can’t go wrong with these!
