I had a ceramic one, but the lid broke from rough handling. These work really well; everyone appreciates warm tacos. They hold 30 for Family Frejole Fridays. Just to be safe, I put a heading pad on them when I keep them in a 180* oven for an hour, and the tacos don't dry out. It's great having 2 of them for pancakes and especially waffles. You can aways zap them for a minute or two if food starts getting cool. PS... great for Hum Bow, Sticky Rice or dim sum. I just put parchment paper down 1st.
