this worked well in portable gazebo light was bright enough to play cards for hours.the settings are confusing, so I give it a 4 star

I was using these as a living room light, well attempting to, they’re bright, but not for long.With motion sensing on it only lasted an hour after a full day of full sun.Even when powered off with the remote overnight, by morning there would be no power.The only way to still have power in the morning was to turn the switch on the light off.I had the solar panels for these lights set up next to solar panels for other lights with smaller panels and smaller batteries, the other lights would still be working at full brightness after 5 to 10 hours, I guess I’ll be getting more of the simple light bulb shaped solar lights.

I use these all the time. They were so easy to set up and work great in my house. I love how they will cut on and off at night based off of motion detection. They are extreamly bright. One will light up at 10×15 room very well. It's nice having a remote control to cut them off and on as well.

Easy to setup, very bright and have multi function, with motion detection and on dime it works right true the night. Battery life is amazing great product value for your money. 😉

I’ve never written a bad review on an Amazon purchase before but this one definitely needs to be addressed for people thinking it will be a quick project. When installing this product, the nuts are held on by a cheap caulk material so the slightest turn to tightening the angle you want the solar panel to face will rip the nuts right out of the caulk and panel will just swing facing the ground. I had to go out and find other bolts, washers and nuts in order to install this properly.Overall, The lighting illuminates a good amount of light but definitely a hassle to install if the rest of the nuts are held with caulking.

Most solar lights rely on the solar panel as a master on/off switch. When the panel is above a certain voltage, the light will NOT turn on.With THESE lights, the solar panel does not control the light, it just charges the battery. This comes in handy for lighting up my shipping container shed which has no windows. The panel is run outside and keeps the battery charged. The light fixtures themselves have motion detectors on them and turn on when I open the door. I wish I had bought these years ago!

I bought this to use it in the patio. Sometimes people come to hang out so I thought it'd a good addition since usually there's no one in the patio at night most of the time and I liked the functionality of light going full bright when the sensor detects movement, for that part the lights have been working right and serving their purpose.The disappoinment came when I saw the mode 3 is misleading since lights are not bright in that mode (constant ON) but they're in dim. It's kind of awkward when people come to visit and lights are always dim because even if I put them in mode 1 (dim to bright when sensor detects movement) lights go eventually dim since we're not in a rave, we're sit and talking and the sensor takes it as if no one is moving at all, that's the only part I'm not happy about, I wish there was a way for lights to get full bright constant on, for that reason it's not 5 stars.
