I followed the installation instructions in the video on the listing. It was easy to install on my bathroom faucet. It really helped with the water pressure and made the water feel nice and soft. However, after months of use, I didn't notice any difference in the way the filter looked. The filter never turned any darker like you see in the photos. I have very hard water (I live in the city) and I am always scrubbing calcium deposits off my stainless steel stuff, so I have mineral deposits. They may have been working, but because I didn't notice a change in color, I'm really not sure. So 3 stars unfortuantely.

1. It did not come with an instructions2. Once I figured out how to install the filter it kept spraying water. I tried re-installing the filter multiple times and even tightened it with pliers and water still sprayed everywhere.Great concept and cost effective but needs to improve the quality of the product so it can actually be used.

It was easy to install but leaks on the sides. Installed the replacement to the sink and it leaks from the sides. Poor quality.

Works amazing and comes with extra filters. Don't move around to much when water is running it will tend to pop right off.

Soon as it came in I installed it which was very easyOnce I turned the water on it the nozzle started praying in different directions as if filter want catching anything and started blocking the holes
