I bought this because some pools require it, and also because my hair tends to become extremely dry after a day of swimming. I usually swim for long periods, spending a minimum of 3 hours in the pool. The product effectively protects your hair while swimming, but I noticed that it starts to cause a headache over time as it becomes heavier and tighter the longer you swim. And that is why the 4 stars.

I recently made my first swim cap purchase, and I must admit, I had concerns about its quality as I had experienced some other brands tearing or ripping. However, after watching video reviews of various caps, I came across this one and decided to give it a try. Not only was it the most affordable option available, but it also came with a fantastic package deal. I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase!The package included two swim caps, along with two sets of nose clips and two sets of ear plugs. It was an excellent value for the price, and the quality surpassed my expectations. I use the black swim cap every day and keep the second one as a backup in case of any mishaps. The fit is perfect, and the cap feels incredibly sturdy. I have complete confidence when stretching it over my head, and it has significantly improved my hydrodynamics in the water. This was my first swim cap purchase, and I was honestly worried wether or not I’d have luck (since some other brands rip or tear). After checking some video reviews of other caps, I saw this one and gave it a shot. It was the most affordable for what was in the package, and man am I happy! Two caps came in the package, as well as 2 sets of nose clips and 2 sets of ear plugs! Great price and good quality! I use the black swim cap daily, and I have a back up in case anything happens to the black one. This swim cap fits great and seems super durable. I am not worried at all when I stretch this over my head, and it has helped me streamline in the water! I’d buy this product again for sure!

This was purchased since I got the first ear infection of my life, and was looking to prevent more. With the cap and the waterproof MP3 player ear buds, I thought I would get a good, watertight covering of my ears. I have not worn a cap before, so I am probably ignorant of the finer points of swim caps. after several swimming sessions, I found that if I place my ear buds pointing up toward the MP3 player, on the top goggle strap, cover my ears with the cap, and use the bottom goggle strap over my ear lobes, it is the best fit around the ears. I did find the cap would ride up, however, and I wound up tearing the first cap tonight while adjusting it down over my ear....good thing it was a 2-pack. the cap is good, but I am still trying to figure out if this is mostly user error, or if I need a bigger cap, or a latex rather than silicone to stay over the ear. So..I will continue experimenting with cap #2.

I swim 5 days a week, and the chlorine in the pool was leaving my hair really hard, and actually lighter. So I decide to purchase a swimming cap. Purchased this product because it looked to be a great value. I already had ear plugs, but I lose them often... so I was very happy that this set came with 2 caps, 2 pairs of ear plugs, and 2 nose plugs. Nose plugs are a must for me to swim backstroke, so now I can switch my swimming style as much as I like. The cap works great, fits well, easy to use, I am not able to comment on the longevity of the product at this time. But I am extremely satisfied.I know it silly, but I also love the bag that it comes in. It is water proof, and allows to keep everything together in my gym bag. Its funny that they don't even advertise it as part of the package.
