These sliding shelves are great and easy to install. We did choose to screw them in to avoid any problems later but the sticky part is super sticky so depending on what you are keeping on the shelves it might be just fine. I will say that if you have any lip at all on the shelf these are mounted to, it will not work perfectly. The lip on one of our shelves is so tiny, like maybe 2mm but it is just enough to make it a little less smooth to pull out over that tiny spot. It still works but it’s a tiny catchy.

Works well. I used the adhesive for easy installation. I am using it in 15” cabinets and it’s sturdy.

These pull outs are amazing except for you can not put heavy items on it . Itakes it hard to push back in .

I have owned these for several months and wasn't sure what to expect. I will say they were very easy to install, but I was nervous about the fact that they were plastic. I do have a lot of pans and heavy glass cookware so I wasn't sure how functional this was going to be for me. I will say they have held up well and I have had no issues. They have helped make my life so much easier, I do not have to get down on my knees to reach pots and pans from the bottom shelf way in the back. I can easily slide it out grab what I need and slide it back in. The two-way tape that comes with them is very sticky, in fact I put one a little too close to the cabinet door and would like to move it, but it is really stuck in place so it will remain that way. I can still close the cabinet door all the way, it just slightly hits it. This has saved me from having back pain, literally, when cooking and storing things in the kitchen. I liked them so much that I actually bought four sets of these and have used them all throughout the house not only in the kitchen but also in the bathroom area. Great option for organization, the storage capacity is great, and the fact that they are adjustable is even better because it will fit larger cabinets as well as smaller ones. I highly recommend

Finally my cabinets are organized and I am able to reach everything with ease! I used the sticky adhesive instead of the screws since I live in a rental apartment. I'll update when I have to remove them, but I plan on using sprayaway adhesive remover which should do the job just fine without causing too much damage (hopefully)

For the price I got (2) sliding shelves - a great deal. They are adjustable as advertised. w/ tape and/or screws to secure the shelf. Both good.My only issue was it was made of plastic. Next time I think I will pay more and get metal, which I think would be better.

I should have read the description better, but it only says "Metal Plate" The rest of the construction is plastic and feels flimsy.I do not like the slide to adjust feature...feels flimsy and creates a lip in the middle that cans and items will tilt/rock on. Also, since it is split it has little wheels in the middle for support. Because of this, if you have any kind of lip at the end of your shelf, the wheels will get stuck and not roll out easily.The adhesive tape that is included will not work. Once you add any weight to it and pull it out, it will tilt down and pull up the adhesive. Even the instructions say you need to screw it down AFTER you apply the adhesive, which defeats the purpose of the tape.
