I have trouble bending over and trying to find what I need in the back of low cabinets. This was the best thing for that problem and if I can install them anyone can. I even put down a mat to protect my cabinet and stuck them to it and the weight of the things on it lets it slide back and forth easily.

Shelves are metal so they are very sturdy. They expand to fit odd size spaces and the adhesive is very strong. I think these are an excellent value.

These were an amazing purchase. What a helpful kitchen addition. My bakeware cabinets are deep and dark and things were definitely not being utilized because they would get lost in the abyss. These have made accessing our most used pots and appliances so much easier.Putting them in was a little difficult just because our open space was tough to squeeze into, to drill the screws in, but over all it was worth the work. My one and only thing to say about them is the tracks don’t slide nearly as loose as you would imagine they should but it’s absolutely still better than nothing. It’s not the worst but it does require more than a 1 finger pull. That being said, the tracks are smooth and so silent. Worth the price for the convenience it’s added to my kitchen routines.

The shelf is 21” deep, but only 10” extends beyond the cabinet edge. Very disappointing. We have another brand that looks the same and extends fully, so assumed this was the same. We wish we had tested the extension before installing. The roll out motion requires a good tug 😔

These sliding shelves are sturdy, hold a lot of pantry items, and make it so much easier to find things in a pantry that has deep shelves and no way to find things at the back without taking everything out. These shelves were EASY to install. I just had to put the glue strips on the runners on the bottom of each shelf and then, very carefully so as not to touch the glue strips to the wrong surface, carry the shelves to the pantry and put them in place. I decided not to use the screws that were included; I reasoned that, for most of the time, the shelves would be sitting on the glue strips and not pulling at the strips. The only time there would be a pulling pressure on the glue strips would be when the shelves were out for a very short period of time. I still have the screws if I need them later on.Overall, I am very pleased with the appearance and functionality of these shelves.
