Tried this when making pancakes and am so happy with the results. I lined the pouch with a paper towel and added four pancakes, covering with another towel. Each time I reached for a pancake it came out hot, fresh, and pretty much like it came off the griddle. No drying out, either. It could have easily held a few more pancakes. I wondered if the opening would cause heat loss, but no - everything was hot and tasty. Though made for tortillas, this would work well for any similar food you want to keep warm. I did not preheat the holder; the heat from the pancakes was more than sufficient. Great find.

I tested this with flour tortillas. It warmed them very quickly and nicely. The instructions for use and timing are printed on the back. It also has a loop so you can hang it on a hook between uses.But I have mixed feelings about this tortilla warmer. The product headline reads: "Keeps Tacos, Naan, Pizza & Flour Tortillas Cozily Warm for 1 Hour," but the instructions on the back say "Heat traditionally, then use warmer to keep them soft." That seems contradictory to me. So I made an extra tortilla, and after rolling and eating burritos, I went back to this pouch to check to see if it was still hot. It was a little warm and still pliable, but it definitely was not piping hot, like the tortillas were when I first took them out and rolled burritos with them. That was about 15-20 minutes later. So I do not think the claim that it keeps whatever bread product you heat inside it warm for an hour is accurate. And I do not understand why the directions tell me to heat traditionally and then use a warmer. I got this because the plastic tortilla warmer I had did not keep tortillas hot at all. I do not want to have to transfer them to another container after warming.Still, this sleeve did a better job of keeping my tortillas usable and slightly warm than the tortilla keeper it replaced. And it is definitely superior to trying to microwave tortillas between paper towels. My tortillas did not stick together, like they tend to when using paper towels, and I did not have to waste parchment squares to keep the tortillas from sticking together while heating. This sleeve is a better solution than wrapping the tortillas in a towel to keep warm too. I like that it is reusable and easy to clean. I like the fact I do not have to waste paper towels or wax paper every time I want to heat tortillas. I like the timing being printed on the back, and I like the way it heats up the tortillas. But the claim that it keeps tortillas piping hot for an hour is definitely an exaggeration.

I've had one of these tortilla warmers for years and absolutely love it but when my granddaughter decided to wear it like a hat I felt it was more sanitary to get a new one. This one works just like my other one. I put an entire package of tortillas in it, heat it in the microwave on high for 1 minute and the tortillas are soft and warm. Plus they stay this way for a long time without drying out. The fabric print is really cute too.

My family enjoys huevos rancheros for breakfast, and I serve the eggs on top of hot corn tortillas. This tortilla warmer is absolutely perfect for warming them up in the microwave and keeping them warm while you finish cooking. It's big enough for the larger size tortillas and works well with the smaller ones too. The inside is lined with some sort of fabric that helps keep the tortillas warm. On the outside of the tortilla warmer are instructions for how many seconds to warm various quantities of tortillas -- my microwave takes less time, but this is a handy reference to have!I am very happy with this item and would absolutely purchase it again

I started making my own tortillas recently, and after I make a bunch of them, always have leftovers, which really only taste good when heated up. So I decided to order this tortilla warmer, and I am glad I did, because it is so easy to use. Just stuff however many tortillas I want inside, microwave for a few seconds and this keeps them steaming inside its pocket for awhile. It can hold pretty large tortillas as well, like the ones you can buy at the grocery store, so that makes it more useful. I now have warm tortillas and am not wasting paper towels anymore. I like it.
