Exceeded my expectations. They are small, compact, and most importantly sturdy. I have gotten ones in the past that just fall down or are flimsy but there are high quality.

Ordered for IV therapy only to find no IV hangers included with either pole. Literally had no time to return and repurchase. Very disappointed that I had to pay for IV hangers separately.

I have two family members that require frequent use of an IV drip. With the holidays coming up and my desire to host these events this year, I thought it would be helpful to have two poles available. I like to make things as easy as possible for guests and lugging around IV poles seemed to me to be a hassle. I told the caretakers of my cousin and Uncle that I would be providing board for them on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Their first concern was their IV bags and having room for the equipment necessary to hang them. I saw this two pack of collapsible poles and thought they'd be perfect. And, they very much are. They are both easy to set up and tear down. They barely take up any room at all when they're folded up which is just perfect for my situation. I'll admit I was slightly concerned about the poles being able to stay up while a full bag was attached but, after testing them out with a freezer bag full of water, I'm confident they'll work great. They're not heavy either so it won't be too much trouble moving them around for bathroom brakes and what not. Sure, someone might need to assist a little but they'll be plenty of other family members here to help out.

While this stand is not particularly heavy duty, it is quick to set up and works anywhere, unlike rolling stands. I'm particularly interested in the ability to give fluids in a farmyard or pasture situation. As you can see, it provided a stable hanging place even in a frozen, lumpy cow lot. I gave the second one to my sister-in-law to have handy during calf scours season.

This portable IV stand is an absolute lifesaver for home IV use! The foldable design makes it incredibly easy to store and transport, yet it’s sturdy and reliable when in use. The drip bag stand is adjustable and holds the bag securely, even when fully loaded. Setting it up takes just seconds, and it’s lightweight enough to move around the house without hassle. The quality is top-notch, and it has made administering IV therapy at home so much more convenient and stress-free. Highly recommend this to anyone who needs a practical, durable, and easy-to-use IV stand!

The main reason I chose these stands was due to the mid-point leg bracing. Due to this better stability and better ability to carry the weight gave me more possible uses. Here are a few that may require some adaptation requiring me to 3D print some modifications to help supplement and augment more usage scenarios:~Gravity feed water filtration setup using Cnoc Water Bags and Sawyer Filter gear.~Hanger Stand for a Camping Light/Lantern.~Simple Light stand for a small studio setup.~Simple stand for hanging small-ish bluetooth stereo speakers from.As always, this can be used for IV drip purposes. The mounting stud at the top is solid machined aluminum and the foldable hook holder looks to be a sturdy injection molded nylon type material. As an added bonus, these stands come with carry bags to store each stand. The bags aren't large enough to hold the foldable hooks or IV bag/bottle holders. Overall a very good investment with opportunities for expansion.

In the remodel at work we lost our IV poll that was part of the med room to prime our IV fluid tubing and get things ready for patients. Low and behold these are great for priming fluids and TPN before going into a room.I see this working with a lightweight infusion pump but not an Alaris or similar heavy model. If you want to do home infusions by gravity these are great for that and portable.5/5 stars.
