I don't know if these relays are used or new, they look used to me. Being in the automotive for over 1/4 century I have never seen "new" parts look like this. However they do work.

Same model as OEM. Worked perfectly. Unplugged my dead AC relay and plugged this one in and my AC was back.

A/C in 2008 Acura TL was working sporadically. This was the same relay as the OEM, and solved the problem. It isn't always the compressor clutch.

OEM fit that got my A/C running again. It was also causing a parasitic drain on the battery. Took the car to 5 different repair shops but none were able to find the cause. I did some research online and found this relay may be causing the problems I was having. After replacing it with one of these, my car starts fine and the battery is all charged up. There are 5 of these relays used so I just replaced them all. Very easy to install. Shipping was very fast and product arrived in perfect condition. Great seller!

Works like a charm and saved $250 on a new starter. I began to have starting problems with my car. The battery and alternator are new and still struggled to start my car. I did some research on YouTube and it was recommended to change the starter solenoid before replacing the starter. It it’s located near the lower interior driver side fuse box. Problem fixed in less than a minute. Do a YouTube search for instructions on how to fix this; It’s a very simple.
