The Gedlex 2 Pack Folding Safety Step,Black, E-Coat Steel Heavy-Duty Fold Down Utility Body Steps were just what my husband had been looking for. These are heavy duty and has a with a cross-hex pattern on the step so your shoe will not slip off if wet or has diesel fuel on it. Installation was easy but the screws sent by the company seemed small to him so he beefed then up a bit with larger screws. The steps stay closed up so far when not needed. Makes it very easy to get upon the truck's flatbed. May need 2 more for the other side now.

I installed these on an open bed, utility trailer. They do the job, but quality is suspect (based on the rough castings).

I got tired of pulling out a step stool every time I need to reach the upper bins in our RV. These folding steps have solved the problem. They are well made and strong. Installation was easy and they are out of the way when folded. Great product.

These appear to be constructed fairly well. They are strong enough to give that extra little step up where needed. They stay folded up fairly well and are still easy enough to flip down when needed. They do provide large screws for wood installation but no bolts if you are installing into metal. The finish appears to be fairly good but time will tell. Worst case I can always hit them with a can of paint as it wears. These will be very handy to have not only for the truck but the boat trailer and even storage room to reach those back of the top shelf items.

I got this for my boat trailer to be placed near the bow and these were perfect for that. They are of great quality and very strong. They are easy to mount and they fold when not being used. Makes getting to the bow while on the trailer very easy. Great product.

So i ordered these since my spear tire that is attached to my RV ladder basically prevents me from climbing the ladder :-( . with these steps i just added it to the edge of the spear tire carrier and now i can use them to get to the higher part of the ladder with no problem. what i really like its their durability and the spring mechanism that let me fold them when not needed. highly recommended.
