These are OK, but have been poorly adjusted. Of the two pair, one seemed to have the tension I expected for cutting, the other was very stiff. I looked closer and one of the blades was visibly bowed inward, apparently that is their crude fix for when the rivet tension isn't right, they just make a big bend inward to get there to be some spring tension against the other blade.
