My wife and I are avid snorkelers who have used a variety of commercial and home made mask defoggers. The main problem with most of them is the durability of the film after rinsing, including repeated mask clearings once in the water. We've found that the viscous 500 psi formulation is very durable and lasts the full 30 - 60 min typical snorkeling swim. The key is to smear a thin film on the lens and then rinse it without rubbing the lens during the rinse. Spray-ons, like Sea Drops tend to wash out after a couple of mask clearings during the swim. The 500 psi is much more tenacious and holds up well to prevent fogging. Highly recommended...

Love this stuff, best antifog, I started out using it since day 1, have seen many others with SeaDrops, Spit, etc and theyre the ones always borrowing my 500PSI every trip! I am now known to carry "the good stuff" and typically end up with a circle of about 5 divers asking me for drops on their masks at some point every boat trip. Lol, 500PsI is my favorite anti-fog by far. The carabiners make it great to take in my drysuit pocket on dives. No leaks so far diving with the bottle every dive, solution is always nice and thick like toothpaste.
