These chains are beefy compared to the chains I just wore out. My old chains were more like dog chain. Pretty light and they wore out completely in about 5 years. These don’t look to ever wear out and gave me the traction needed last weekend on my two stage snowblower.

The set of snow chains (2 each)....1 for each wheel was easy peesie. In my humble opinion to save your bad back as I have a terrible back is to take the wheel off the axle (slide the entire wheel assembly off, have your chain laid out properly on your work bench and install the snow chains. SAVES YOUR BACK! I first zip tied the chains in place around the wheel. Then I used heavy duty work boot strings that I had laying around the house for years and utilized 2 boot strings for each wheel. 1 for the inside of the tire and 1 for the outside of the tire. Rinse and repeat for the other side. You do not need to spend more money with the tire snow chain tensioners, its a snow blower. Be creative and it will work well make sure both inner and outer strings are tight though don't let them be loose. You will also have to move your axle wheel pin to the most outboard hole to accommodate for the additional clearance. All you need is the chains and let your extra boot or sneaker strings do the work as the tensioners. I believe .32 thousands or .50 thousands safety wire would work too but only if you have it and know how to safety wire. Aircraft Maintenance Mechanics know what to do! remember all you need is the chains. Do not let the other fancy sparkly tensioners grab ahold of your wallet. Its not rocket science! you can tighten them with utilizing your brain.
