It is a perfect fit, and I do recommend it. Easy to install and better than the ones I had. The original ones last 10 years and I do expect those to last more.

This replacement flapper for my Toto toilet leaked more than the worn out flapped it replaced. I went out to the depot and bought the genuine toto replacement. There were many other brands and I noticed that they had an adjustment for the holes below the flapper. The genuine replacent had a list of toto tiolets and the recomendations for installing (my toto was model cst854):1) How to dial in the size of the opening below the flapper2) The correct chain length for each toilet!3) Which of the three level holes to place the top of the chain for each toiletI have to say my toilet now works better than ever, with the correct flapper and settings.

I like the fact that the flappers are slightly bigger than the one i had put on it and the price went up but what hasn't.
