I confess - when I got this, it was bigger than I expected, and I was afraid it was going to be too chunky, even for my somewhat-gigantic hands. But once I had it attached comfortably to my finger, it just worked. Clicks are recognized with the tap of a button. I had no problems connecting the presenter or staying connected while I wander around the room (as I do). I run slide decks of 60+ slides for my sermons and I can't always look at the screen behind me, so I like to have a presenter I can trust to do what I expect it to. I've been using this one for three weeks, and so far there have been no missed clicks, no accidental double-clicks, and no problems staying connected. I've even had cause to use the laser pointer and it worked as expected and was easy to trigger when I wanted (and hasn't triggered when I was trying to go forward or back). This is my new go-to presenter! Easy and quick to charge and the charge seems to last for a long time. I usually charge up every couple of weeks, so never really give things like this a chance to die, but that's hours of clicking. The ring worried me when I ordered it. My hands are larger than the average and I thought it might be too tight or too rigid so I'd break it. No problem! The plastic is flexible and comfortable enough for me and for some of my friends with smaller fingers. Very nice.Bottom line: Get this. You'll like it.

I wanted a convenient presentation controller after I signed up to talk to a group of students about electronics engineering, and this one fit the bill. I know how they're designed, and it isn't complicated; you can find many such (nearly identical) remotes all over the internet. But this little one is cheap and it works flawlessly for basic presentation/slide/blanking control, so I'm happy with it.It fits easily around either the index or middle finger, resting comfortably in your palm without risk of dropping it. The built-in laser pointer is a neat bonus. I appreciate the fact that the paired USB dongle is stored right inside the remote, so it's less likely to get lost. The on-off switch means the battery should last an extremely long time, as long as you remember to turn it off when you're done. USB C charging means you probably already have enough cords and adapters to top it off even if you lose the cord that it comes with (doesn't come with an adapter, which is perfectly fine in this age of ubiquitous USB power).I've got another presentation coming up here in a few days, and I'll be using it again soon.

Nice simple, small and compact presentation clicker that is adaptable to both usb-A and usb-C computers. Was plug and play with no drivers needed for my windows laptop. I like how the ring allows for holding the clicker comfortably without having to “actively” or consciously hold it in your hand like other tv remote style clickers. I find that it fits most ergonomically in my hand held towards the palm on my middle finger so that it does not rotate in my hand but YMMV. Red laser pointer has adequate range and brightness for indoor presentation use and the range of the clicker itself is adequate for my classroom/lecture hall purposes. I am generally near the front of the screen and so am generally no more than 20ft or so from my laptop when lecturing so I have not tested the maximum range of the clicker itself. This is a bare bones featured clicker but that is all I need in my use case (I do not need zoom features etc) and the compact size makes up for any missing features that I would likely not use anyway. Again, depending upon your needs, YMMV. The buttons work well and give good feedback upon pressing. The screen blackout feature works well. The usb dongle is held relatively securely in the base of the unit magnetically for easy access but I would be careful that it does not become lost. A nice feature is that this is a rechargeable unit with a usb-C cord and 5v 1-3A wall wart but this can be a positive or a negative depending upon your POV. It holds enough charge to get through my lectures so far but as this is mission critical, I also keep a AAA battery powered clicker in my briefcase just in case as a backup. As this clicker is used over time, I hope it continues to hold a charge for a reasonable time (some of my older rechargeable clickers started to malfunction or not hold a charge very well after a couple of months of use). Anyway, this will be my go to clicker for the foreseeable future at this time and I am very pleased with this product.
