I don't like it shutting off every 5 min . That's no good . My husband has ptsd is a chain smoker. Thinks the battery is dieing. So I had to buy a different one hopefully it works better.

You really need batteries and also ashes will go inside on the filter most likely every time you use it. I use it and also use another spray product.
