Really liked the flexibility. We were able to not only do 2 types of cheeses but use the full grill when cooking.Clean up is a breeze.

I'm changing my review. I thought it was a decent product originally but my wife cut her finger open on the sides trying to clean it. She pulled it out to use for a family dinner (3rd time using it since purchase) and wanted to wipe it off and slit her finger open. I checked the side of the grill she got cut on and saw that there was a gap in the metal and it wasn't assembled properly. I tried to take it apart to fix it and then discovered the stripped screw.

Love everything but the small pot for the hotpot, it could be a bit more deeper. All in all, it works great.

As a few comments mentioned there was some smoke coming from the plugin on the hotpot (particularlly on the side that heats the broth) that smelled like melting plastic- but that stopped after a few minutes of careful monitoring, and it has been working great since! I wonder if theres something up in the manufacturing process that leaves excess plastic or something that touches the heating prong... But it wasn't billowing smoke or anything, just definitely noticable. It heats up incredibly quickly compared to the model we had before, and the tempurature controls worked great. Definitely one of the easiest to clean kitchen gadets I own, a quick qipe down after using it for a few hours to feed five people and its ready to go again. I'll update later if anything catastrophic happens, but happy so far!
