It actually plays the notes from doh to doh. The sound is clear but not too loud. It is a gift for a one year old and I think that he will love it.

Bought for my toddler classroom, and my children love it. It’s smaller than the other ones, but perfect for small hands. Has a nice sound to it as well, not harsh.

It works fine for the price. A lot of people say it’s small and it is, but it works great for my kid. Only complaint is the piano pieces make an extra clicking noise when you press it. Also the xylophone noise kind of vibrates my ears a bit. If you shake it like my baby does it makes a lot of noise. Cute toy though

This is xylophone is super tiny but it is so worth getting for a baby! It also comes with sticks underneath the xylophone, storage is super tight with those sticks so they won't come out on accident!

Great storage for xylophone sticks on bottom of base so you don’t lose them. It’s nice you can play it both ways like a piano too. Good for learning hand coordination

We gave this to our daughter for her first birthday. We haven't shown her the drumsticks yet as they're a poking hazard, but she loves to slap on the piano keys, and the sound is sweet as a bell. There isn't a volume control, but I don't find the noise to be too much. Even adults like to sit there playing a little tune. great gift idea for 1 - 2 year olds.

This was a lot smaller than I had anticipated, but ended up liking it. It has good sound and will be perfect for our long drive to Alabama next summer. I like that you can store the drumming sticks at the bottom. Also, a bit overpriced for something so small.
