I wanted a new retainer as the clear retainer I got from my dentist had cracked, instead of paying $500 per retainer I chose to go with this company. They were easy to communicate with, let me chose a color of retainer and the product is a perfect fit. I recommend anyone who needs or wants a retainer to use this company. It does take about 3 weeks but the wait time vs cost and time from a dentist is worth it.

I was unclear how this worked. They will provide the impression kit. Once you make your impression you will need to take pictures of your impression, take a few from different angles. They will look over your pictures and determine if they are usable. So take good closeup pictures to aid them in evaluating your impressions. They will then send a shipping label. Keep your impressions damp and send them back. In a couple weeks your retainers will arrive. Mine fit perfectly. They keep you informed and their customer service is fantastic. A great company! Highly recommended!

AMAZING customer service, they answer right away with no problems. Very polite and professional. They always make sure your needs are met. The mold we very easy to create, they also sent me a video step by step to make sure I’ve done it correctly. Very happy that I chose this company.

Product fits perfectly and was exactly what I was expecting —- perfect substitution of the ones gotten at the ortho. Service was excellent and had great follow up, answered all questions and comments immediately. This is the perfect back up for kids.

My wife and I lost our Hawley retainers that both of us had for decades and found this inexpensive option rather than spending multiple hundreds at a dentist/orthodontist office. The self impression kit came quickly and was easy enough to do and ship back. Our retainers are great and even came with pliers to help bend the wire back for a tighter fit. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase!

Great product and customer service. 10/10 recommend. I lost my retainers and my dentist said $500 EACH so I looked several places for cheaper. Everywhere else was expensive until I found this on Amazon. I was a little skeptical since it’s only like $100 for TWO but they came out amazing. The impressions were easy to take. They replied super fast to let me know the impression’s looked good and they arrived like in a week or less. They even give tools in case you need to adjust it and answered all my questions. Don’t waste so much money when you can get great ones for less money. They also provided a shipping label I didn’t have to pay to ship my impressions :)

The retainers are carefully designed to fit perfectly. The seller was easy to contact and reliable. They walked me through the process for molding my teeth, packing and shipping the mold to insure an accurate fit. The quality of the retainers is very good value for the price.
